While I was working hard on my final major project in my final year at university I was asked along with 4 of my fellow designers on my course to work together on a live brief.
The brief was to design and project mange the production of the universities student catalogue. The propose of the catalogue was to showcase every student from the design side of the university graduating that year. We had to work along side printers, students and lecturers to gather the content of the catalogue. It was a great chance for us to be involved in a live project while studying.
As you can see the perks of designing and populating the catalogue meant that we could give ourselves right hand page coverage.
To support the catalogue we also designed adverts to feature in local magazines to promote the design show night.
and of course we were credited in the back of the catalogue.
